Job description

Immediate opportunity for an energetic receptionist and customer service representative. German Auto Center has been serving Austin since 1979, and is one of Austin’s premier independent European automotive service and repair facilities for over 45 years – specializing in German brands including Audi, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Porsche and Volkswagen. We are seeking an energetic receptionist and customer service representative to greet customers, answer phone calls, schedule appointments and provide concierge porter services include shuttle customers and parts pick up as necessary.

Candidates must have excellent communications skills, phone management skills, computer proficiency and strong customer service skills. As occasional driving of customer and company vehicles is required, must have a clean driving record and drivers license in good standing. German Auto Center is conveniently located in North Central Austin with easy access from Mopac, 183 and I35. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday with no weekend hours.
